We're looking for our first engineering hire to help build a platform that gives digital sovereignty back to the people. You'll work directly with the CEO to architect, build, and ship products from day one.
What you'll do
- Design and build core product features end-to-end
- Shape the engineering culture, tooling, and practices
- Make key technical decisions that will define the platform for years
- Ship frequently and iterate based on real user feedback
Requirements
- Must have: Full-stack TypeScript / Node.js experience (3+ years)
- Must have: Experience building and operating production systems
- Must have: Comfortable working autonomously in an early-stage environment
- Must have: Aligned with the mission of digital sovereignty and user privacy
- Nice to have: Experience with AI / agent systems
- Nice to have: Open source contributions
- Nice to have: Background in distributed systems or security
Interview process
- Screening call (30 min) — culture fit, mission alignment, high-level tech fit
- Technical deep-dive (60 min) — system design, code review, problem-solving
- Founder interview (45 min) — working style, collaboration, expectations
