By using Omnes products and services ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Omnes provides a suite of open-source digital sovereignty tools, including but not limited to identity management, cloud storage, AI-powered applications, and communication tools. The Service is available as managed hosting or for self-hosting.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You retain full ownership of all data you store, process, or transmit using the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. Your data is yours — always.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activity, to distribute malware, or to infringe on others' rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in such activity.
We strive for 99.9% uptime for managed services but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Self-hosted instances are your responsibility.
Omnes is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Our core software is released under open-source licenses. You may inspect, modify, and self-host the software in accordance with the applicable license terms.
You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless you export it first.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
For questions about these terms, contact us via our contact form.
